吉隆矿业公司氰化工艺优化工程实践

Engineering practice of cyanidation process optimization in Jilong mining company

  • 摘要: 吉隆矿业公司根据HJ 943—2018 《黄金行业氰渣污染控制技术规范》氰渣尾矿库处置要求,并结合自身状况,采用改进型固液分离洗涤工艺对氰化工艺流程进行技术改造升级,将“压滤—洗涤—吹脱—滤液处理”4道工序进行参数调控优化后有机结合,形成“两洗三吹一净化”处理工艺,达到规范中氰渣尾矿库处置的限值要求,保障了整个生产流程水平衡,并有效回收了氰化尾矿中的有价物质。

     

    Abstract: According to the cyanide residue tailings pond disposal requirement by HJ 943—2018 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Cyanide Leaching Residue in Gold Industry and its own conditions,Jilong mining company employs modified solid-liquid separation washing process to upgrade cyanidation process flowsheet,and integrates press filtering-washing-blowing elution-leach solution treatment 4 processes after adjusting and optimizing their parameters,forming "2 washing,3 blowing,1 purification" treatment process,which reaches the minimum limit of the regulated cyanide residue tailings pond disposal requirement,guarantees the water balance of the whole production flowsheet and effectively recovers valuable materials from cyanide tailings.
