Abstract: Post-project evaluation and analysis of a mining construction project is the final step of a complete mining construction project and is also a crucial process.Conducting a scientific and effective post-project evaluation can examine the level of investment decision-making and management,comprehensively understand the implementation process and operational status of the entire project,and provide references for other projects of the same type based on the lessons learned.This paper introduces the post-project evaluation and methods,and for a specific mining construction project,analyzes the post-evaluation from aspects such as overall project summary and evaluation,effectiveness and economic benefits evaluation,environmental and social benefits evaluation,and goal and sustainability evaluation.The main lessons learned are summarized,and countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.
