深井开采大型黄金矿山制冷降温系统优选

Optimized selection of refrigeration and cooling system in large scale gold mines with deep mining

  • 摘要: 某拟建大型黄金矿山矿体赋存深度为1 400 m时岩温高达42.63 ℃,热害较为严重,拟采用多级机站通风系统。为解决深部开采高温热害的问题,提出了地面集中式风冷降温系统和井下集中式水冷降温系统方案。详细介绍了2种制冷降温系统的冷负荷计算过程,设备配置及装机功率,并比较了2种方案的优缺点,最终选择井下集中式水冷降温系统。采用该方案可结合按需通风系统,根据采掘需求开启空冷器并控制冷量输出,能达到节能降耗的目的。

     

    Abstract: The ore body is buried deep down to 1 400 m in a planned large scale gold mine.In that depth,the rock temperature is as high as 42.63 ℃.The heat hazard is serious.So a multi-stage fan station is planned for ventilation to solve the heat hazard in the process of deep mining.A scheme of ground centralized air cooling system and underground centralized water cooling is proposed.The paper in detail introduced the cooling load calculation process,equipment configuration and installed power of the 2 refrigeration and cooling systems,and compared the advantages and disadvantages,and finally chose the underground centralized water cooling system.The plan allows for switch-on ventilation which can start the air cooler according to the mining requirement and control the cooling output,and can reach the goal to save energy and lower consumption.
