金精矿综合回收铅锌工艺试验研究

Experimental research on the comprehensive recovery process of lead and zinc from gold concentrates

  • 摘要: 某金矿选出的金精矿铅、锌含量较高,选用铅锌优先浮选流程综合回收利用金精矿中的铅、锌,并进行了详细的条件试验,以期提高该金精矿的经济价值。闭路试验最终获得锌精矿Zn品位47.50 %、Zn回收率71.22 %;混合铅金精矿Au品位13.36 g/t、Au回收率95.43 %,Ag品位808.63 g/t、Ag回收率92.03 %的浮选指标。混合铅金精矿可作为金精矿销售,锌精矿符合质量标准三级品要求,提高了金精矿的经济价值;该工艺流程简单合理,可以作为现场生产及改造调试的技术依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the economic value of the gold concentrate in a gold mine that has fairly high contents of lead and zinc,the lead and  zinc  in the gold concentrate are comprehensively recovered by the lead-zinc pre-ferential flotation process,and a detailed condition test is carried out.The flotation indexes are obtained by closed-circuit test as follows: the zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 47.50 % and Zn recovery of 71.22 %;the mixed lead-gold concentrate with Au grade of 13.36 g/t,Au recovery of 95.43 %,Ag grade of 808.63 g/t and Ag recovery of 92.03 %.The obtained mixed lead-gold concentrate can be sold as gold concentrates,and the zinc concentrate meets the requirements of the quality standard for third-class products,which improves the economic value of the gold concentrate.The process flow is simple and reasonable and can be used as the technical basis for the field production,transformation,and debugging of the gold mine.
