φ1.3 m×5.0 m化灰机技术改造实践

Technical renovation practice of φ1.3 m×5.0 m lime digestion

  • 摘要: 为解决石灰乳制备系统制灰设备故障频繁,检修工作量大,生产费用高等问题,中原黄金冶炼厂引进了制灰设备φ1.3 m×5.0 m化灰机。该设备在运行中托轮传动系统频繁出现“卡死”现象,造成系统磨损,为确保生产的连续性,对其进行优化改造。改造方案为:废除原托轮系统,改滑动轴承为滚动轴承结构;选用圆锥滚子轴承,配合选用重负荷轻型压力配合;托轮轴与托轮选用过盈配合键连接,挡油环定位,双向定位结构;轴承座设计剖分式结构;轴承润滑选用干油油杯润滑。改造后,系统运行平稳可靠,润滑良好,节约了费用,提高了经济效益,可供同类型企业参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the frequent malfunction of lime generation device in the lime milk preparation system which leads to large maintenance work and high production cost,Zhongyuan Gold Smelter introducedφ1.3 m×5.0 m lime digestion.However,during the operation of the equipment,the riding wheel drive system often incurs seizure and thus the system wears.To ensure production sustainability,the system is renovated.The renovation plan is that the previous riding wheel system is cancelled and the sliding bearing is replaced by rolling bearing structure.The tapered roller bearing is selected,the fit is heavy load light force fit; riding wheel bearing and riding wheel are connected by interference fit bond,positioned by oil retainer and adopt double positioning structure; the bearing pedestal is designed a split structure; the bearing is lubricated with dry oil cup.After renovation,the system operates smoothly and reliably,the lubrication is good.The equipment saves cost and improves economic benefits,and can be used as reference by similar companies.
