Abstract: Chinese enterprises have been investing more and more in overseas mining and in larger and larger scale under the circumstances of accelerating mining globalization.Thus,it is an urgent question how to do a good job in management of overseas mining project construction.In a case study of Sepon Gold Mine project,the management mode and process,project quality and progress control in the project construction are summarized,which provide reference for overseas mining project investment and construction.
