电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法快速测定金锭中12种杂质元素

Rapid determination of 12 impurity elements in gold ingot by ICP-AES

  • 摘要: 通过谱线优化与校正,建立了一种王水溶样后直接采用ICP-AES光谱仪快速测定金锭中12种杂质元素的方法,并对实验条件进行了优化。该方法检出限为0.17~0.47 μg/g,仪器检出限为0.000 17~0.005 60 μg/mL,加入标准物质回收率为95.65 %~111.37 %,精密度为0.72 %~1.76 %,准确度和精密度良好,且无需萃取分离金基体,简化了操作流程,提高了分析效率。

     

    Abstract: This paper established a method for rapidly determining 12 impurity elements in gold ingots by direct ICP-AES spectrometer after aqua regia dissolution with the help of optimization and correction techniques,and optimized the test conditions.The determination limits of the method is 0.17-0.47 μg/g.The determination limits of the equipment is 0.000 17-0.005 60 μg/mL.The recovery of standard material is 95.65 %-111.37 %,and the precision is 0.72 %-1.76 %.The accuracy and precision are both good.The need to separate gold matrix by solvent extraction is omitted.The operation flowsheet is simplified and the analysis efficiency is improved.
