矿山破碎巷道水压膨胀锚杆加固支护技术及应用

Hydraulic expansion bolt reinforcement and support technology and its application to broken roadways in mines

  • 摘要: 随着矿山开采深度的不断增加,地应力明显显现。针对三山岛金矿采用管缝式锚杆支护存在的抗拉拔力偏小、锚杆易腐蚀等问题,开展了水压膨胀锚杆加固支护技术试验研究。深入分析了水压膨胀锚杆作用机理,并对巷道围岩水压膨胀锚杆支护效果进行了数值模拟分析,对比分析了锚杆排距、锚杆间距、每排锚杆数等因素对巷道围岩应力、变形、塑性区等特征的影响规律。对支护设计方案进行了现场应用,并进行了支护效果监测与评价。试验结果表明:管缝式锚杆抗拉拔力为20~30 kN,而水压膨胀锚杆加压到12 MPa时抗拉拔力可达100 kN左右,泄压后抗拉拔力依然明显高于管缝式锚杆,说明水压膨胀锚杆更能对围岩起到挤压加固作用,提供较强的支护阻力,保证锚固效果。

     

    Abstract: Ground pressure increases obviously with the mining depth in mines.Sanshandao Gold Mine uses pipe joint bolt for supporting,which is hampered by insufficient tensile pull-out force and perishable bolts.In light of that,experimental study on hydraulic expansion bolt reinforcement and support technology is carried out.The action mechanism of the hydraulic expansion bolt is deeply analyzed.The numerical simulation analysis of the supporting effect of hydraulic expansion bolts in roadway surrounding rock was carried out,and the influence laws of bolt row spacing,bolt spacing,and the number of bolts in each row on the characteristics of stress,deformation,and plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock were compared and analyzed.The support design scheme was applied in the field,and the support effect was monitored and evaluated.The test shows that the tensile pull-out force of pipe joint bolts is 20-30 kN.When the hydraulic expansion bolt is pressurized to 12 MPa,the tensile pull-out force can reach about 100 kN.After pressure relief,the tensile pull-out force is still significantly higher than that of the pipe joint bolt,indicating that the hydraulic expansion bolt can better squeeze and strengthen the surrounding rock,provide strong support resistance and ensure the bolting effect.
