新型注浆材料高分子弹性堵漏剂在井壁淋水治理的应用

Application of a new grouting material, polymer elastic plugging agent, in shaft wall water seepage management

  • 摘要: 鑫汇金矿矿区主竖井在投产后出现严重渗漏水问题,通过选择高分子弹性堵漏剂进行井壁堵水施工,取得了显著成效。高分子弹性堵漏剂因其遇水膨胀、快速凝胶的特性,能够有效封堵井壁裂隙,减少渗漏水量。施工过程中,共钻孔246个,注入高分子材料240 kg,使井壁涌水量由3.8 m3/h下降至0.3 m3/h。研究表明,该材料具有施工简便、效果持久、无毒环保等优点,对改善矿井作业环境、延长设备生命周期、保障安全生产具有重要意义。本研究为高分子弹性堵漏剂在矿山企业中的推广应用提供了实践依据和理论支持。

     

    Abstract: The main shaft in the Xinhui Gold Mine area experienced a severe water seepage problem after being put into production, and significant results were achieved by selecting a polymer elastic plugging agent for water plugging construction on the shaft wall. Due to its characteristics of water swelling and rapid gelation, the polymer elastic plugging agent can effectively seal the fissures in the shaft wall and reduce the amount of water seepage. During the construction process, a total of 246 holes were drilled, and 240 kg of polymer material was injected, which decreased the water inflow of the shaft wall from 3.8 m3/h to 0.3 m3/h. The study shows that the material has the advantages of simple construction, long-lasting effects, non-toxicity, and environmental friendliness, which is of great significance for improving the operating environment of the mine, extending the life cycle of equipment, and ensuring safe production. This study provides a practical basis and theoretical support for the promotion and application of the polymer elastic plugging agent in mining enterprises.
