Abstract: The Communist Youth League is the bridge connecting the party and the youth,and the assistant and stand-by army of the Party as well as the fresh force to promote high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.In the case study of the League construction under the leadership of the Party construction in Inner Mongolia Pacific Mining Co.,Ltd.,the paper analyzed the working and living status of the League youth,decided the training pathways for the League youth,introduced in detail the measures of the League construction under the leadership of the Party construction,i.e.to motivate and  lead  in mentality,organization,system and action,and achieved good outcome.The study is worth referring to by state-owned enterprises in the League construction under the leadership of the Party construction.
