Abstract: This article briefly reviewed the production flow sheet in the precious metal workshop of the lead branch of YTC and the flow sheet in principle,and focused on the introduction of the experiment on high-efficient treatment of silver electrolysis residue anode and its pilot production.Practice of production proves that the high-efficient silver electrolysis residue anode treatment method could result in silver power which accords with GB/T 4135—2016 Silver Ingot IC-Ag99.99,reduce the loss from residues anode’s recast and the production cost,and relieve labor intensity.It also could bring good economic benefits to the company.
