全尾砂胶结充填料浆流动特性数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation of flow characteristics of cemented ungraded tailings filling slurry

  • 摘要: 随着充填采矿法的应用与发展,全尾砂胶结充填技术在金属矿山的应用日益增多。以某矿山为研究背景,根据矿山的生产规模和实际生产工况,选择充填料浆浓度为62 %、灰砂比为1∶4,采用FLUENT软件对全尾砂胶结充填料浆流动特性进行数值模拟研究,确定全尾砂胶结充填相关的物理参数,构建合适的数值模型。通过数值模拟和理论计算,将二者进行对比,分析最终结果。研究结果表明:入口流速与核流区流速及流速向管壁的减小幅度有关,表现为入口流速越大则核流区流速越大,流速从管道中心点向管壁减小的幅度也就越大;入口流速一定的情况下,管径越小,单位距离压降越大;经过弯曲半径之后,弯管中的最大流速都变大,弯曲半径越大,弯管中最大流速越小。

     

    Abstract: With the application and development of filling mining method,the application of cemented ungraded tailings filling in metal mines is increasingly wide.Taking a mine as the research background,according to the production scale and actual production situation of the mine,the filling slurry with a concentration of 62 % and cement-sand ratio of 1∶4 is selected.The flow characteristics of cemented ungraded tailings filling slurry is numerically simulated with FLUENT software,and the physical parameters of cemented ungraded tailings filling are determined,and a suitable numerical model is constructed.Through numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,the two are compared and the final results are analyzed.The results show that the inlet velocity is related to flow velocity of the core flow zone and the flow velocity decrease to the tube wall,and the greater the inlet velocity is,the greater the flow velocity is,the greater the velocity of the flow velocity decreases from the center point of the pipe to the tube wall; when the inlet flow velocity is set,the smaller the pipe diameter is,the greater the pressure drop of the unit distance is; after the curvature radius,the maximum velocity in the elbow increases,and the larger the bending radius,the smaller the maximum velocity in the elbow.
