寒冷条件矿山竖井施工技术及工程实践

Vertical shaft construction technology in mines in cold circumstances and its engineering practice

  • 摘要: 为克服低温环境对竖井施工的影响,克兹尔-塔什特克铅锌多金属矿从井架保暖、混凝土施工工艺等方面展开了研究和试验工作。采用与井架结构、井筒工程相适应的井架封闭式保暖、燃煤供暖、砂石料保暖、混凝土输送等方法,借助Ⅳ型凿井钢井架、单钩提升、中心回转式抓岩机、金属滑模等施工设施及装备,在人工掘进与机械化设备配合下,最大化减少了寒冷气候对井筒安全、质量、进度的威胁;有效提高了主提升绞车、稳车、天轮等重要设备设施完好率,使完好率达到95 %以上;解决了作业环境温度低造成混凝土强度达不到设计要求的问题,使得井筒混凝土强度达到设计的92 %;如期保质保量地完成了净直径为5.5 m、井深404 m的中央风井施工,为矿山顺利完成“露天转地下”奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to overcome the effect of low-temperature environment on vertical shaft construction,Kyzyl-Tash Turk Pb-Zn Polymetallic Mine carried out study and experiment on warmth keeping of headframe and the concrete construction.With the help of construction facilities and equipment such as Ⅳ drilling steel headframe,single-hook hoist,centre rotary mucker and metal slip form,and the cooperation of manual excavation and mechanized equipment,measures that go with headframe structure and shaft engineering such as closed warmth keeping,coal heat supply,warmth-keeping sand material and concrete convey minimize the threat of cold weathers to shaft security,quality and progress,effectively improve the intactness rate of important equipment and facilities like main hoisting winch,winch and hoisting sheave to over 95 %,and solve the problem that the concrete strength is lower than that required by design due to low temperature operation environment,making the concrete strength of the shaft reach 92 % of the design.The central air shaft with net diameter 5.5 m and 404 m depth is constructed conforming to the schedule and required quality,laying foundations for successful transition of open pit to underground.
