氰化尾矿深度净化处理试验研究

Experimental study on deep purification treatment for cyanide tailings

  • 摘要: 以某黄金生产企业氰化尾矿作为研究对象,分别采用6种单一方法及联合工艺进行处理,最终确定最佳处理工艺及参数。结果表明:过氧化氢+臭氧氧化法与活性炭催化氧化法可以将氰化尾矿处理至HJ 943—2018 《黄金行业氰渣污染控制标准》中尾矿库处置和回填要求,且可回收尾矿中的有价金属元素,为氰化尾矿治理提供一种工艺参考。

     

    Abstract: In this study,the cyanide tailings from a gold production enterprise were used as the research object,and 6 single methods and joint processes were used for treatment to determine the best treatment process and para-meters.The results showed that hydrogen peroxide+ozone oxidation,and activated carbon catalytic oxidation treatments can treat cyanide tailings to meet the requirements for tailings dam disposal and backfilling in HJ 943-2018 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Cyanide Leaching Residue in Gold Industry and recover valuable metal elements from the tailings.This provides a process reference for the treatment of cyanide tailings.
