某矿山氰化尾矿浆无害化处理工艺研究

  • 摘要: 某矿山难选冶金矿石热压氧化—氰化提金工艺产生的氰化尾矿浆经浓密后湿式排入尾矿库,存在安全风险,且不满足环保要求。试验采用因科法、洗涤法、臭氧法和热压氧化液法等4种不同工艺进行氰化尾矿浆的处理,并从工艺的可行性和综合经济技术指标等方面进行对?确治觯范俗罴汛砉ひ铡=峁砻鳎喝妊寡趸悍ú恍瓒钔馓砑右┘粒灰肫渌扇爬胱樱迪至硕郧杌部蠼耐亚璐怼

     

    Abstract: After thickening,the cyanide tailings pulp generated in the pressure oxidation-cyanide leaching process to treat refractory gold ores in a mine are discharged into the tailings pond in wet way,which is risky and can not meet environmental protection requirement.So the test uses 4 different processes including inco,washing,ozone and pressure oxidation solution to treat cyanide tailings pulp,compares them in terms of feasibility and comprehensive economic and technical index,and finally decides the best treatment process.The results show that the pressure oxidation solution process doesn’t need additional reagent,introduces no other interference ions,and can realize the decya-nation of cyanide tailings pulp.
