加压水解法处理某氰化尾矿试验研究

Experimental study on pressurized hydrolysis treatment of certain cyanide tailings

  • 摘要: 针对贵州某黄金生产企业氰化尾矿的特点,结合企业实际生产工艺要求,采用加压水解法对氰化尾矿进行综合治理,并对试验条件进行了优化。结果表明:最优试验参数为压力1.0 MPa、初始温度170 ℃、反应时间2.0 h,氰化尾矿pH对氰化物去除效果无影响。在最佳试验条件下,总氰化合物去除率高达99.9 %,处理后的滤渣(含水率约为45 %)毒性浸出液中的总氰化合物满足HJ 943—2018 《黄金行业氰渣污染控制规范》尾矿库处置要求,且处理后的回水对企业选矿指标无影响。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of a certain gold production enterprise in Guizhou and the practical production requirements of the enterprise,pressurized hydrolysis is used for comprehensive treatment of cyanide tailings and the test conditions are optimized.The results showed that the optimal parameters were:reaction pressure 1.0 MPa,initial temperature 170 ℃ and reaction time 2.0 h,and that pH value of cyanide tailings had no effect on the treatment effect.Under optimal test conditions,the removal rate of total cyanide compound is over 99.9 %,total cyanide compound in the treated residue toxic leach solution(water content about 45 %) meets tailings reservoir treatment requirement of HJ 943—2018 "Code for Cyanide Residue Pollution Control of Gold Industry",and the treated recycled water has no adverse effect on beneficiation index.
