高汞卡林型难处理金矿石提金工艺研究与实践

Study and practice of the gold extraction process for carlin type refractory gold ore with high mercury content

  • 摘要: 高汞卡林型难处理金矿石中的汞会对炭浸工艺造成很大影响,降低金回收率。针对锦丰矿业公司?吖中湍汛斫鹂笫辛斯坦匝檠芯考吧τ谩=峁砻鳎和ü扇〖尤肓蚧啤⒖刂pH、从源头上控制高汞矿的合理加入等固汞技术,消除了汞对炭浸工艺的影响,避免了活性炭 “汞中毒”现象,提高了炭浸回收率,其较活性炭“汞中毒”期间提高了3百分点左右,年可增加收益约4 098万元。

     

    Abstract: The mercury in the carlin type refractory gold ore with high mercury content imposes great impact on CIL,reducing gold recovery rate.Experimental research and production application of mercury fixing were carried out on the carlin type refractory gold ore with high mercury content in Jinfeng mining company.The results show that the mercury fixing techniques such as adding sodium sulfide,pH control and source control of ores with high mercury content by reasonable addition,the effect of mercury on CIL is eliminated,avoiding the phenomenon of mercury-poisoned activated carbon,increasing gold recovery rate in CIL.The gold recovery rate in CIL increases by about 3 percentage points without mercury-poisoned activated carbon.The process can create about 40.98 million yuan/a more profits.
