Abstract: In view of the repeated burning loss of water sets during the trial of the improved side blowing environment-friendly furnace,the specific reasons are analyzed,and the specific improvement and preventive measures are put forward in combination with the actual enterprise:refined material blending is strictly implemented so that the block rate is ensured; KQF series fully automatic sodium ion exchange water generation machine is installed to soften the water quality; the operation management level is improved.After the renovation,the water set doesn′t incur any burning loss,indicating good application outcome,the water set service life is prolonged,the continuous steady production is ensured and the average daily production capacity is increased from 110 t to 165 t.
