晶种法制备微米级球形银粉的超声诱导空化处理

Ultrasonic cavitation modification of micronorder spherical silver powders prepared by crystal seed method

  • 摘要: 为获取粒径分布窄、表面光滑的微米级球形银粉,从银粉制备过程中的晶种形成阶段与银颗粒陈化阶段进行优化。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析、比表面积分析等手段表征了银粉的形貌、振实密度、真实密度及表面晶体结构;探究了超声波空化效应对于银粉形貌的作用。在添加过氧化氢与超声波处理双重条件下获得了粒径分布窄(2~3 μm)、表面光滑的银粉。该方法对于收窄银粉粒径分布及改善表面光滑度有着显著的效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the micronorder spherical silver powders that are narrow in size distribution and have smooth surfaces,the seed growth phase and silver particle aging phase were optimized in the process of silver powder preparation.The morphology,tap density,true density and surface crystal structures of silver powder were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and specific surface area analysis.The contributions of ultrasonic cavitation to the morphology of the silver powder were studied.Under dual conditions of hydrogen peroxide addition and ultrasonic treatment,the silver powder with narrow size distribution(2-3 μm) and smooth surface is obtained.The method is effective in narrowing the silver powder particle size distribution and improving the surface smoothness.
