某金矿尾矿综合回收试验研究

Experimental research on comprehensive recovery of tailings from a gold mine

摘要: 某金矿尾矿金品位1.00 g/t，在工艺矿物学研究的基础上，确定采用浮选—低氰浸出联合工艺综合回收尾矿中金。试验结果表明：浮选工艺可获得金品位19.32 g/t、金回收率38.54 %的金精矿，浮选尾矿金品位0.60 g/t；浮选尾矿低氰浸出的金浸出率76.67 %，浸渣金品位0.14 g/t;金总回收率85.66 %，选别指标理想。浮选—低氰浸出联合工艺为该类尾矿资源综合回收提供了参考借鉴。

Abstract: The gold grade of tailings from a gold mine is 1.00 g/t.Based on the study of process mineralogy,the joint process of flotation-low cyanide leaching is determined for comprehensive recovery of gold from tailings.The results show that the flotation process can obtain gold grade 19.32 g/t,gold recovery rate 38.54 % and flotation tailings grade 0.60 g/t;low cyanide leaching of flotation tailings can obtain a gold leaching rate 76.67 %,gold grade in leaching residue 0.14 g/t;total gold recovery rate 85.66 %.The index is satisfactory.The flotation-low cyanide leaching joint process provides a reference for the comprehensive recovery of this type of tailings resources.
