基于CMS探测技术的房柱采矿法采空区精细化探测及稳定性评价

Refined scanning and stability evaluation of goaf in room and pillar mining method based on CMS detection technology

  • 摘要: 房柱采矿法矿柱回收因安全风险大、回采成本高等特点,成为采矿界的技术难题之一。以南温河钨矿为工程背景,提出采用人工混凝土假柱置换法回采高品位矿柱。采用CMS采空区探测技术和Flac3D数值模拟软件对采空区及矿柱稳定性进行评价。研究表明:人工混凝土假柱能够满足试验采场矿柱回采的安全要求,为今后南温河钨矿矿柱实现安全、高效和低成本回采提供了科学依据,也为今后类似矿山矿柱回采提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The recycling of the pillars in room and pillar mining method has become a major technical problem due to its high safety risks and high recovery costs.Taking Nanwenhe Tungsten Mine as engineering background,this paper proposes to use artificial concrete pillar replacement method to recover high-grade ore pillars.The gob area and pillar stability were evaluated using CMS goaf detection technology and Flac3D numerical simulation software.The research indicates that the artificial concrete pillar can meet the safety requirements of the mining pillars in the trial stope,and provide a scientific reference for the future safe,efficient and low-cost recovery of the ore pillars in Nanwenhe Tungsten Mine,and also provides valuable reference for similar mine pillars in the future.
