青海某低品位金矿石选矿试验研究

Study of beneficiation test on a low-grade gold ore from Qinghai

  • 摘要: 青海某砾岩型低品位金矿石金品位仅0.51 g/t,矿石氧化程度较高,金矿物主要为银金矿,且粒度微细。根据矿石性质,进行了浮选、摇床重选、尼尔森重选、全泥浸出4种工艺流程探索试验对比。结果表明:环保浸金剂全泥浸出工艺适宜处理该矿石;采用浮选、摇床重选、尼尔森重选工艺,金回收率较低,最高仅为10.72 %。在最佳试验条件下,采用环保浸金剂全泥浸出工艺,可获得金浸出率80.94 %的较好指标。

     

    Abstract: The gold grade of a low-grade conglomerate gold ore from Qinghai is only 0.51 g/t,and the oxidation degree of the ore is high.The gold minerals in the ore are mainly electrum and the particle size is mirco-fine.According to the ore properties,4 kinds of flowsheets are explored and compared including flotation,table gravity separation,Nelson gravity separation,all-sliming leaching.The results showed that the all-sliming leaching with environmental gold leaching agent is suitable for the ore treatment;flotation,table gravity separation,Nelson gravity separation all have low gold recovery rate,the highest of which is 10.72 %.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the gold leaching rate can be as good as 80.94 % by all-sliming leaching with environmental gold leaching agent.
