某浮选尾矿氧压预处理—氰化浸出金银试验研究

Experimental research on gold and silver recovery from certain flotation tailings with oxygen pressure pretreatment-cyanidation leaching

  • 摘要: 某浮选尾矿中金、银品位分别高于2.5 g/t、100 g/t,具有回收利用价值。试验采用氧压预处理—氰化浸出进行回收,考察了氧压、温度、反应时间、液固比及添加剂等因素对金、银浸出率的影响。结果表明:在预处理氧压1.5~1.8 MPa、温度180 ℃~200 ℃、反应时间1.0 h、液固比3∶1的条件下,预处理后浮选尾矿氰化浸出金浸出率为81.77 %,银浸出率为33.29 %;添加剂的添加有利于提高银浸出率。该研究为浮选尾矿工业回收金、银提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: The gold and silver grades in certain flotation tailings are higher than 2.5 g/t and 100 g/t respectively,making the tailings worth recovering.The experiment used oxygen pressure pretreatment-cyanidation leaching for recovery,and investigated the effect of oxygen pressure,temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio and additives on gold and silver leaching rates.The results show that when the pretreatment oxygen pressure is 1.5-1.8 MPa,tempera-ture is 180 ℃-200 ℃,reaction time is 1.0 h and liquid-solid ratio is 3∶1,the gold cyanidation leaching rate of flotation tailings after pretreatment is 81.77 % and silver leaching rate is 33.29 %;the addition of additives is beneficial to improving silver leaching rate.The research can provide technical reference for industrial recovery of gold and silver from flotation tailings.
