氰渣浮选尾矿回收硫试验研究

Experimental study on sulfur recovery from cyanide residue flotation tailings

  • 摘要: 为提高黄金浮选尾矿资源利用率,对浮选尾矿开展工艺矿物学、黄铁矿界面活化和回收硫试验研究。以ZJ-H02为活化剂,矿浆pH值为4.5,对黄铁矿界面活化1 h后调整矿浆pH值为6.5,异戊基钠黄药用量为350 g/t,矿浆浓度为33  %,可以获得硫品位为48.32  %,硫回收率为93.37  %的硫精矿。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization rate of  gold flotation tailings,the process mineralogy analysis,pyrite interface activation,and sulfur recovery from flotation tailings were experimentally studied.When ZJ-H02 is used as the activator,the pH of the slurry is 4.5,slurry pH is adjusted to 6.5 after pyrite interface activation for 1 h,isoamyl sodium xanthate dosage is 350 g/t,the slurry concentration is adjusted to 33 %,the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 48.32 % can be obtained,and the recovery of sulfur is 93.37 %.
