空场嗣后充填采场充填挡墙受力分析与构筑工程实践

  • 摘要: 厂坝铅锌矿采用空场嗣后充填采矿法开采,为了井下采场充填?忱凳攵圆沙〕涮畹睬焦怪蟹治龊蜕杓啤4泳鲁涮畹睬绞芰Ψ治隹芍涮畹睬绞芰τ氤涮盍辖叨扔忻芮辛担壮渥罴迅叨任1.5 m,两次充填间隔时间在24 h以上,充填高度超过充填挡墙高度时,充填体初凝自立积聚到一定强度,可进行连续充填;通过类似矿山充填挡墙形式优缺点对比,确定采用钢筋混凝土挡墙封堵空场嗣后充场底部结构及分层,木挡墙封堵天井联络道;综合抗压强度、抗剪强度、抗渗透性条件等充填挡墙厚度计算方法,确定钢筋混凝土挡墙厚度为0.5 m。对充填挡墙具体结构进行设计,实现了井下采场充填挡墙构筑。生产实践证明,该充填挡墙设计方案安全合理,现场应用效果良好。

     

    Abstract: Changba Lead-Zinc Mine uses open stope with subsequent filling.In order to implement the stope filling smoothly,it is necessary to analyze and design the filling retaining wall during stope filling.Based on the force analysis of the underground filling retaining wall,it is clear that the force of the retaining wall is closely related to the height of the filling slurry.The optimal height of the initial filling is 1.5 m,and the interval between the two fillings should be more than 24 h.When the filling height exceeds the retaining wall and the filling body accumulates to a certain strength independently at the initial setting,continuous filling can be carried out.Through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of similar mine retaining wall,the reinforced concrete retaining wall is determined to seal the bottom structure and stratification of open stope with subsequent filling,and wooden retaining wall to block patio connection;based on the retaining wall thickness calculation methods of compressive strength,shear strength and permeability resistance,the thickness of reinforced concrete retaining wall is determined to be 0.5 m.The concrete structure of the retaining wall is designed,realizing the construction of an underground stope filling retaining wall.The production practice proves that the design scheme of the retaining wall is safe and reasonable,and the field application results are good.
