南温河钨矿巷道掘进垂直掏槽爆破参数优化及应用

Optimization of vertical cut blasting parameters in tunneling of Nanwenhe Tungsten Mine and its application

  • 摘要: 垂直掏槽爆破是中、小断面巷道实现高效低耗快速掘进的有效途径,其参数的合理性直接关系到爆破作业的效果。针对南温河钨矿巷道掘进垂直掏槽爆破中存在的问题,分析了爆破机理,并结合理论计算与爆破试验对爆破参数进行了优化。现场工业应用取得了明显的效果,爆破时炮孔利用率提高至91.7 %,单循环进尺平均增加0.35 m,岩石破碎较为均匀、无大块,爆堆集中,钻爆时间缩短,提高了作业的安全性,对类似矿山有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Vertical cut blasting is an effective way to realize efficient,low-cost and fast tunneling in medium and small-section roadway.The rationality of its parameters is directly related to the effect of blasting operation.Based on the practical problems existing in vertical cut blasting in the tunneling of Nanwenhe Tungsten Mine,this paper analyzes the blasting mechanism,and optimizes the blasting parameters in combination with theoretical calculation and blasting tests.Field industrial application obtains obvious results:the utilization rate of bore holes are improved to 91.7 % in blasting,single-loop approach averagely increases by 0.35 m,the rock fragmentation is homogeneous and not in big block,the muck pile is concentrated,the drilling and blasting time is shortened and the operation safety is improved.The research can be used as reference in similar mines.
