山西某金矿矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental study on the beneficiation of a gold ore from Shanxi

  • 摘要: 山西某金矿矿石金品位2.33 g/t,金矿物呈粗细不均匀嵌布。针对该矿石性质,进行了浮选、重选联合工艺研究,最终确定采用浮选—浮选尾矿重选工艺流程,在最佳试验条件下,获得了金精矿金品位40.59 g/t、金回收率89.13 %,浮选+重选金总回收率93.69 %的较好指标,为矿石高效利用提供技术依据。

     

    Abstract: The gold grade of a gold ore from Shanxi is 2.33 g/t.The gold minerals are disseminated with non-uniform distribution of coarse and fine particles.According to the property of the ore,study on the joint process of flotation and gravity separation was carried out.Finally,it was decided that the process of flotation-gravity separation of flotation tailings be used.Under optimal test conditions,good indexes were obtained,for example,the gold grade in the gold concentrate is 40.59 g/t,gold recovery rate is 89.13 %,the total recovery rate of flotation+gravity separation is 93.69 %,providing technical references for efficient utilization of ores.
