基于态势感知的有色金属矿山工控及信息网络安全保障体系建设

A cybersecurity assurance framework for industrial control systems and information networks in nonferrous metal mines based on situational awareness

  • 摘要: 随着有色金属矿山智能化进程的推进,工控系统与信息网络的深度融合导致攻击面急剧扩大,传统边界防护难以应对跨域攻击及高级威胁。研究提出了一种融合态势感知技术的统一安全保障体系建设方案。阐述了态势感知概念,分析了基于态势感知的有色金属矿山工控及信息网络安全保障体系核心优势,详细介绍了体系的建设过程及应用效果。通过构建覆盖“全域感知−智能认知−协同决策−自动响应”的安全闭环,显著提升了有色金属矿山在网络安全方面的威胁发现能力、响应效率,并降低了运营成本,同时增强了合规性,可为有色金属矿山行业的网络安全建设提供参考,推动矿山安全防护向智能化、自动化方向演进。

     

    Abstract: As nonferrous metal mines undergo intelligent transformation, the increasing integration of industrial control systems and information networks has significantly expanded the attack surface, making traditional perimeter-based defenses insufficient against cross-domain attacks and advanced threats. This paper proposes a framework for building a unified security assurance system that incorporates situational awareness technology. It explains the concept of situational awareness, analyzes the core advantages of a situational-awareness-based security assurance framework for industrial control systems and information networks in nonferrous metal mines, and provides a detailed description of the system's construction process and application results. By establishing a closed-loop security framework encompassing "comprehensive perception, intelligent cognition, collaborative decision-making, and automatic response," the system significantly improves threat detection capabilities and the efficiency of cybersecurity responses, reduces operational costs, and enhances compliance. The proposed framework can provide a reference for cybersecurity development in the nonferrous metal mining industry and support the transition toward more intelligent and automated cybersecurity protection in mines.
