三鑫金铜矿深部缓倾斜薄矿体回采工艺的优化选择

Selection of mining technology for deep gently inclined thin ore body in Sanxin Gold-Copper Mine

  • 摘要: 针对三鑫金铜矿缓倾斜薄矿体井下生产中存在的问题,结合鸡冠咀矿区Ⅶ2号矿体的赋存条件,对回采方案进行优选。通过分析确定了采用两步回采嗣后充填采矿法对缓倾斜薄矿体进行综合开采,并对不同采场布置形式和回采顺序进行了综合对比分析,最终确定了采用采场垂直于矿体走向伪倾斜布置方式作为三鑫金铜矿缓倾斜薄矿体的开采方式。该方案可取得采场生产能力约370 t/d,采矿损失率约3 %,矿石贫化率约5.4 %的技术经济指标,可实现安全经济高效回采,为三鑫金铜矿深部缓倾斜薄矿体的开采提供了有利的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the underground production of gently inclined thin veins in Sanxin Gold-Copper Mine,based on the occurrence conditions of No.VII 2 ore body in the Jiguanzui mining area,the mining schemes are selected.Through the analysis,it is determined that the two-step mining followed by the filling mining method is used to comprehensively mine the gently inclined thin ore body,and the different stope layout forms and mining sequences are comprehensively compared and analyzed.Finally,it is determined that the pseudo-inclined stope layout with stope perpendicular to the ore body trend is used as the mining method of the underground gently inclined thin ore vein of Sanxin Gold-Copper Mine.The scheme can realize the technical and economic indicators of a stope production capacity of about 370 t/d,a mining loss rate of about 3 %,and ore dilution rate of about 5.4 %,and safe,efficient,and economic mining,which provides favorable technical support for the mining of deep gently inclined thin veins of Sanxin Gold-Copper Mine.
