新疆某低铜辉钼矿浮选试验研究

Experimental study on the flotation of a low-copper molybdenite in Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 新疆某辉钼矿含钼0.12%、铜0.009%,针对矿石中有微量的黄铜矿与辉钼矿连生的性质,为降低钼精矿含铜量,提高钼精矿品位与回收率,采用铜钼混选-粗精矿再磨-抑铜浮钼工艺流程进行了试验研究。结果表明:在试验获得的工艺参数下,得到的钼精矿钼品位49.55%、钼回收率82.41%;铜粗精矿含铜0.25%、金2.45 g/t,铜、金回收率分别为89.85%和63.12%;原矿中0.14 g/t的金主要富集在铜粗精矿中。试验有效回收钼的同时,实现了对铜、金的综合回收。

     

    Abstract: A molybdenite in Xinjiang contains 0.12 % molybdenum and 0.009 % copper. In the case that a trace amount of chalcopyrite and molybdenite intergrow in the ore, to reduce the copper content in the molybdenum concentrate and improve the grade and recovery of molybdenum concentrate, the process of copper-molybdenum bulk flotation-rough concentrate regrinding-copper inhibition and molybdenum flotation was studied by experiment. The results show that with the process parameters obtained in the test, the grade of the molybdenum concentrate obtained is 49.55 %, the molybdenum recovery rate is 82.41 %; the rough copper concentrate contains 0.25 % copper and 2.45 g/t gold, and the copper and gold recovery rates are 89.85 % and 63.12 % respectively; the 0.14 g/t gold in raw ore is mainly enriched in the rough copper concentrate. While the experiment effectively recovers the molybdenum, copper, and gold are comprehensively recovered.
