Abstract:
A molybdenite in Xinjiang contains 0.12 % molybdenum and 0.009 % copper. In the case that a trace amount of chalcopyrite and molybdenite intergrow in the ore, to reduce the copper content in the molybdenum concentrate and improve the grade and recovery of molybdenum concentrate, the process of copper-molybdenum bulk flotation-rough concentrate regrinding-copper inhibition and molybdenum flotation was studied by experiment. The results show that with the process parameters obtained in the test, the grade of the molybdenum concentrate obtained is 49.55 %, the molybdenum recovery rate is 82.41 %; the rough copper concentrate contains 0.25 % copper and 2.45 g/t gold, and the copper and gold recovery rates are 89.85 % and 63.12 % respectively; the 0.14 g/t gold in raw ore is mainly enriched in the rough copper concentrate. While the experiment effectively recovers the molybdenum, copper, and gold are comprehensively recovered.
