基于高浓度细粒级尾砂超声波活化的稳态放砂技术试验研究

Experimental study on steady tailings discharge technology based on ultrasonic activation of high-concentration fine tailings

  • 摘要: 尾砂浓密是矿山充填工艺的重要环节,其主要借助砂仓来实现。然而在应用过程中,砂仓底部极易出现尾砂积料板结、挂壁的问题。为改善尾砂流动性,实现稳态放砂,提高矿山充填能力,开展了超声波作用下高浓度细尾砂料浆的流变特性、浓密均匀性及放砂稳定性的试验研究,研究结果有助于指导矿山应用。

     

    Abstract: Thickening of tailings slurry is an important part of the mine backfilling process and is mainly realized by sand bin.However,compaction and sticking of tailing deposits are likely to occur in the application.To improve the fluidity of tailings,achieve steady tailings discharge,and improve the mine backfilling capacity,the rheological properties,thickening uniformity,and tailings discharge stability of high-concentration fine tailings slurry under ultrasonic activation were studied.The results help guide the mine application.
