Abstract: Talents are fundamental and key for enterprises to gain advantages in the increasingly fierce market competition.Based on the problem in the way of cultivating outstanding young talents in prospecting companies,and the characteristics of the industry as well as the practice of China Gold Group Resources Co.,Ltd.,specific suggestions were put forward in order to provide a reference for outstanding young talents cultivation in prospecting companies.
