基于Ventsim的大白阳金矿通风系统优化

Ventilation system optimization of Dabaiyang Gold Mine based on Ventsim

  • 摘要: 通风系统是影响矿山安全生产的主要因素之一,通风质量的好坏直接决定着工作面空气质量、工作环境等能否满足安全规程。针对大白阳金矿通风系统风机功率不足、通风线路漏风等问题,采用Ventsim通风模拟软件建立通风系统三维模型,以矿井生产需风量调节为出发点,对优选出的东、西风井均衡回风的分区通风方案进行网络解算与动态模拟,对通风网络、风机选型等进行了优化,成功解决矿山通风系统有效风量不足的问题,对提高矿山经济效益具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Ventilation system is one of the main factors affecting mine safety production.The quality of ventilation directly determines whether the air quality and working environment of the working face can meet safety regulations.In order to address issues such as insufficient fan power and air leakage in the ventilation system of the Dabaiyang Gold Mine,the Ventsim ventilation simulation software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the ventilation system.Starting from the ventilation volume adjustment required for mine production,network calculation and dynamic simulation are carried out on the optimized zone ventilation scheme with balanced return air from the east and west shafts.The ventilation network and fan selection are optimized,successfully resolving the issue of insufficient effective ventilation volume in the mine ventilation system.This is of significant importance for improving the economic efficiency of the mine.
