Abstract: Since mining enterprises are facing development opportunities and challenges with greatly growing mine-ral resource demand,engineering cost management deserves attention,to improve economic management level of mine project,with the goal to maximize economic profits.The paper analyzed the application characteristics and significance of engineering cost management in the economic management of mine project,and discussed the application of engineering cost management to the economic management of mine project,in hope that it can provide a reference for the economic management of mine project.
