玲珑金矿九曲分矿通风系统优化研究

Optimization of ventilation system in Jiuqu sub-mine of Linglong Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 针对玲珑金矿深部通风不良导致的高温热害问题,通过现场调研、核算总风量、机站优化设置、新增通风井巷工程等手段,确定了玲珑金矿九曲分矿通风系统优化方案。研究结果表明:通过新掘-470~-620 m水平九曲矿段回风井工程,形成主井、副井进风,东、西两翼及中部55勘探线倒段回风井回风的“两进三回”通风方式,同时在九曲矿段-620 m中段(东翼), 大开头矿段-620 m中段(西翼)、中部-620 m中段55勘探线回风井设置回风机站,经Ventsim三维通风模拟软件解算,系统总风量达到204.7 m3/s,能满足深部通风要求。研究成果为矿区深部系统优化奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of high-temperature heat hazard caused by poor ventilation deep in Linglong Gold Mine,the optimization scheme of the ventilation system in Jiuqu sub-mine of Linglong Gold Mine is determined by means of field investigation,calculation of total air volume,optimal setting of fan station and newly-added ventilation shaft and roadway engineering.The research results show that through the newly excavated -470 m to -620 m level return air shaft project in Jiuqu ore block,a two-in-three-return ventilation mode was formed with air intake from the main shaft and auxiliary shaft,and return air from the east and west wings and the reverse section of Line 55 in the middle.At the same time,return fan stations are set at the return air shafts in the -620 m level (east wing) of Jiuqu ore block and -620 m level (west wing) of Dakaitou ore block and Line 55 (central) of the -620 m level.The total air volume of the system reaches 204.7 m3/s through Ventsim 3D ventilation simulation software calculation,which can meet the requirements of deep ventilation.The research results lay the foundation for the optimization of deep mining systems.
