999 ‰金饰品中金及杂质元素分析结果准确性评判

Analysis result accuracy evaluation for gold and impurity elements in 999 ‰ gold jewelry

  • 摘要: 针对999 ‰金饰品中金及杂质元素分析结果的准确性评判,参照准确性检验相关技术要求,提出符合现实情况、易于实施且切实可行的评判思路。以ICP-OES检验报告中的分析数据为统计分析样本,探讨了杂质元素的分布规律,指出Ag、Cu、Zn、Fe等4种元素为主要杂质元素,占杂质总量的95 %以上,且Ag为影响检测结果准确性的重要因素,同时指出影响银分析测定的关键因素为盐酸酸度。该研究为保障与提高999 ‰金饰品有损分析的准确性提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In terms of the analysis result accuracy evaluation of gold and impurity elements in 999 ‰ gold jewelry,and referring to the technical requirements of accuracy test,the paper proposed the workable judgment ideas which are easy to implement based on practice.Taking the analysis data in ICP-OES test report as the statistical analysis samples,the paper discusses the distribution rules of impurity elements,and the 4 elements of Ag,Cu,Zn and Fe,which account for more than 95 % of the total amount of impurities,were summarized as the main impurity elements.And it is clearly pointed out that Ag is an important factor affecting the accuracy of test results.At the same time,hydrochloric acid is a key factor affecting silver analysis and determination.The research provides technical support to ensure and improve the accuracy of the destructive analysis of 999 ‰ gold jewelry.
