某含金铜矿石提高金回收率试验研究及工艺改造

Experimental study on improving gold recovery from a gold-bearing copper ore and process renovation

  • 摘要: 云南某含金铜矿石金、银品位较低,且分布不均匀,导致原矿品位低矿段的矿石在浮选时铜精矿金品位达不到计价标准,影响企业经济效益。通过工艺矿物学和小型试验研究,以及浮选工艺流程考察,分析存在问题的原因,并结合现场生产现状,对工艺进行了不断的优化改造,在保证铜精矿中金达到计价标准的前提下,金回收率逐年提高,2016年达到68.94 %,比2015年的55.33 %提高了13.61百分点,经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: The gold and silver grade of a gold-bearing copper ore from Yunnan is low and the gold and silver are distributed inhomogenously,leading to the gold content of copper concentrates obtained from the flotation of the ores in the ore section with low-grade raw ores failing to reach the valuation standards,lowering economic benefits of enter-prises.The paper carried out mineralogical study and small-scale experimental study,investigated the flotation flowsheet,analyzed the causes of existing problems,and constantly optimized and renovated the process based on field production conditions.As a result,in the premise of gold in copper concentrate reaching the valuation standard,gold recovery rate gradually increases,with that of 2016 reaching 68.94 %,which,compared to 55.33 % of 2015,is 13.61 percentage points higher,making significant economic profits.
