Abstract: With the strengthening of national environmental protection and safety regulation,the treatment of underground mined-out area and tailings discharge have been increasingly drawing the attention of mining enterprises.In order to achieve the goal of green mine construction.After long-term practice and innovation,Sinosteel Shandong Mining Company has formed a set of paste concentration filling process.Paste concentration filling is a set of systematic filling and tailings treatment scheme,so that the whole mine no longer discharges tailings.The paper introduces in detail the filling quantity,equipment,process flow,problems and improvement measures in the process of operation.The successful application of this filling process not only ensures the safety of surface building facilities and underground operation,but also fully recycles tailings,realizing the production goal of green,environmental protection and maximum benefit.
