智能加球系统在大尹格庄金矿的优化与应用

Optimization and application of smart ball addition system in Dayingezhuang Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 大尹格庄金矿通过对加球系统的布局设计、检测控制及设备选型等进行优化,完成了加球系统中自动行走磁铁吸盘行车、加球装置、斗提机等关键设备的自动化控制与监测,实现了加球过程的智能化控制。该智能加球系统根据生产实际矿量测算钢球损耗,利用仿真球磨机磨矿时钢球损耗速率进行加球控制。工业应用表明:智能加球系统使球磨机内球径具有良好的级配组合,提高了磨矿效果,降低了磨矿能耗和生产成本,且具有安装方便、监控精准全面、运行安全可靠等特点。

     

    Abstract: Dayingezhuang Gold Mine has optimized ball addition system on its layout design,monitoring control and equipment selection,completed the automatic control and detection of key equipment in the ball addition system such as self-walking magnet sucker vehicle,ball addition device,bucket elevator,and achieved smart control of the ball addition process.The smart ball addition system measures the consumption of steel balls according to actual ore amount in production,and controls the ball addition based on the steel ball consumption rate in simulated ball mills.Industrial application shows that the smart ball addition system makes good grade match combination out of the ball diameter in ball mills,and thus improves grinding effect and lowers grinding energy consumption and production cost.Plus,the system is easy to install,precise and comprehensive in monitoring,operates safe and reliable.
