大直径深孔阶段矿房充填采矿法采场结构参数优化及应用

Optimization of stope structure parameters for large-diameter Long-hole stage ore room backfilling method and its application

  • 摘要: 紫金山金铜矿深部铜矿开采在采矿安全、效率、成本等方面逐渐暴露出一系列问题。对大孔凿岩硐室布置形式、炮孔布置、矿房底部出矿结构进行优化,并进行现场工业试验,取得了较好的技术经济指标和经济效益。采准切割工程量减少约20 %,充填量减少约500 m3,大孔凿岩量减少约9 %,单矿房累计可实现降本增效69.54万元,提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益,可供类似矿山开采参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Mining in deep copper mines of Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine is exposed to a series of problems such as mining safety,efficiency and cost.So the layout form of large-hole drilling chamber,borehole layout,ore room bottom structure for ore drawing are optimized,which in field industrial test conducted achieves good technical and economic profits:preparation and cutting volume is reduced by about 20 %,the filling volume is reduced by about 500 m3,large-hole drilling volume decreases by about 9 %,and 695 400 yuan at cost reduction and efficiency increase can be achieved in a single ore room accumulatively.The optimization improves economic and social benefits for an enterprises and can be used as a reference by similar mines.
