一次电解制备5N高纯铜试验研究

Experimental study on preparation of 5N high purity copper by one-time electrolysis

  • 摘要: 采用一次电解工艺对紫金山金铜矿4N铜进行提纯制备5N高纯铜,并考察了电流密度、极间距及电解液温度等因素对5N高纯铜的影响。结果表明:在硫酸体系中,以及电解液温度24 ℃,极间距70 mm,电流密度100 A/m2的优化条件下,采用一次电解工艺,产出纯度高于99.999 8 %的5N高纯铜。该方法具有工艺简单、操作灵活、环境友好等优点,工业应用前景良好。

     

    Abstract: One-time electrolysis is used to refine 4N copper in Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine to prepare 5N high purity copper and the influence of current density,electrode space and electrolyte temperature on 5N high purity copper is investigated.The results show that one-time electrolysis can produce 5N high purity copper with purity over 99.999 8 % in sulfuric acid system when electrolyte temperature is 24 ℃,electrode space is 70 mm and current density is 100 A/m2.The method has simple process and flexible operation,is environment-friendly and has great industrial application potentials.
