Abstract: The roof connection is an important process link in approach filling mining method and also a technical challenge.In the case study of Jinfeng Gold Mine,based on indoor test,theoretical analysis and on-site industrial test,the paper proposed the technical plans of the approach roof down-the-slope construction,roof construction filling pipe groove structure and multipoint feeding and separate filling,and in detail introduced these plans and their application status.The detection results of on-site filling roof connection performance show that the approach roof filling pipe groove+multi-point feeding and separate filling roof connection technology can better realize the roof connection in approach stopes,effectively improving the roof connection rate in approach stopes and guaranteeing the overall safety and stability of the stope area.The study can be used as reference in similar mines.
