Abstract: To further promote the inspection standardization of the mineral resources exploitation and utilization plans,provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government),according to the mineral varieties and actual conditions in their respective regions,reform the management system of the plan.Based on the investigation and survey of the plan management status in 28 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government),the implementation progress of the program across the country is traced.The paper analyzes the differences in the management systems in each region in terms of inspection body,the devising means,and the inspection form,summarizes the main problems existing in the inspection process,and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions for references for the plan management in each province (autonomous regions and municipalitics directly under the central government).
