金陶金矿薄矿脉安全高效支护技术研究与应用

Research and application of safe and efficient support technology for the thin vein in Jintao Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 在薄矿脉开采中,安全高效的支护技术能够有效提高生产作业安全性。根据现有采矿工艺,提出整体地压控制+作业面维护联合支护的方案,并通过力学计算验证支护设计参数,得到薄矿脉安全高效支护技术参数,成功应用于井下作业采场。现场工业应用表明:该支护方案支护效果良好,顶板及两帮未见明显冒落、片帮,保证了作业安全性,可为薄矿脉矿山的安全高效生产提供宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: In thin vein mining,safe and efficient support technology can effectively improve production safety.According to the existing mining technology,the paper puts forward the overall control+operation workface maintenance joint support scheme.The supporting design parameters are verified through the mechanical calculation,obtain-ing the technical parameters for efficient and safe thin vein support.The scheme has been successfully applied to underground stope.Field industrial application shows that the support performance of the support scheme is good,no obvious caving takes place to roof and two sides,ensuring the safety of operation,and providing valuable experience for the safe production of narrow vein mines.
