离子交换树脂分离—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中的碘硼锗锡砷磷钼钽

Determination of iodine,boron,germanium,tin,arsenic,phosphorus,molybdenum and tantalum in soil samples by cationic exchange resin separation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用过氧化钠碱熔的前处理方法,阳离子交换树脂分离—电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定碘、硼、锗、锡、砷、磷、钼和钽,对实验参数进行了考察,确定了最佳条件。结果表明,碘、硼、锗、锡、砷、磷、钼和钽标准曲线的相关系数均>0.999 0,检出限分别为0.2 μg/g、1 μg/g、0.06 μg/g、0.2 μg/g、0.2 μg/g、10 μg/g、0.1 μg/g和0.01 μg/g,测定结果的准确度均小于0.1,精密度均小于10 %,满足DZ/T 0258—2014 《多目标区域地球化学调查规范(1∶250 000)》。

     

    Abstract: The pre-treatment method of sodium peroxide base melting and the cationic exchange resin separation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were used to determine the elements of iodine,boron,germanium,tin,arsenic,phosphorus,molybdenum and tantalum.Various experimental parameters were examined and the optimum parameters were determined.The results show that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve of iodine,boron,germanium,tin,arsenic,phosphorus,molybdenum and tantalum was all >0.999 0,the detection limits were 0.2 μg/g,1 μg/g,0.06 μg/g,0.2 μg/g,0.2 μg/g,10 μg/g,0.1 μg/g,0.01 μg/g,respectively.The accuracy was below 0.1 and the precision was below 10 %,meeting the requirement of DZ/T 0258—2014 Specifications for Multi-purpose Regional Geochemical Survey(1∶250 000).
