秦岭矿业公司杨砦峪分矿通风系统方案数值模拟优化研究

Optimization research on numerical simulation of ventilation system scheme in Yangzhaiyu Mine of Qinling Mining Co.,Ltd.

  • 摘要: 矿井通风系统服务于矿山采掘生产,通风系统的独立、稳定运行在矿山安全生产中起着至关重要的作用。针对秦岭矿业公司杨砦峪分矿在矿井通风方面存在的残矿作业地点空间分散、相邻矿山贯通点多、回风系统不完善等技术难题,通过对区域环境及矿山的现场调研,采用Ventsim通风模拟软件建立矿井通风系统三维模型,以隔离相邻民采点实现矿井内部独立节能高效通风为出发点,研究提出了单翼对角式回风侧串并联机站通风系统优化方案。通过对主扇风机工况和主风路节点风速的分析评价认为,新的通风系统优化方案符合现阶段矿山的生产要求,具有很好的现场应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Mine ventilation system serves mining production.Independent and stable operation of ventilation system plays an important role in mine safety production.In light of the technical challenges of mine ventilation in Yangzhaiyu Mine of Qinling Mining Co.,Ltd.,such as many intersecting points of adjacent mines,scattered space of residual mining sites and  incomplete return air system,a 3D model of mine ventilation system is established by Ventsim ventilation simulation software through field investigation of regional environment and mines.For energy-saving and efficient independent ventilation system by isolating adjacent mining sites,the study proposed the optimization plan of a single wing diagonal air return series-parallel fan station ventilation system.Through the analysis and evaluation of the main fan status and air speed at main fan spots,it is concluded that the new ventilation system meets the production requirements of the mine at present stage,and has remarkable onsite application value.
