某蚀变岩型金矿石阶段磨选试验研究及生产实践

Experimental study on staged grinding and dressing of an altered rock type gold ore and its production practice

  • 摘要: 针对某低硫、金粗细不均匀嵌布蚀变岩型金矿石,进行了阶段磨选(重选)替代传统全泥氰化炭浸工艺研究。结果表明:阶段磨选(重选)尾矿金品位同全泥氰化炭浸浸渣金品位相当,可替代传统全泥氰化炭浸工艺实现绿色选矿;采用两段磨矿+三段尼尔森重选+重尾溜槽扫选+终尾磁选选别工艺,获得的金精矿(冶炼)金品位11 118.47 g/t,中矿(外售)金品位26.97 g/t,尾矿金品位0.22 g/t,金总回收率95.21 %。

     

    Abstract: According to the property of a metamorphic altered rock type gold ore with low sulfur content and dissemination of uneven gold grain size,the study of replacing conventional all-sliming cyanidation carbon-in-leach process by staged grinding and dressing(gravity separation) was carried out.The results show that the gold grade in staged grinding and dressing(gravity separation) tailings is consistent to that in the leaching residue of all-sliming cyanidation,meaning that the process can be the replacement of all-sliming cyanidation process in achieving green separation;the process of two-stage grinding+three-stage Nelson gravity separation+gravity tailing chute scavenging+final tailings magnetic separation is used and the gold grade of gold concentrates(smelting) obtained is 11 118.47 g/t,gold grade in middlings(for sale)is 26.97 g/t,gold grade in tailings is 0.22 g/t,and total gold recovery rate is 95.21 %.
