Abstract: As an important part of silver paste,the preparation method of flake silver powder has been widely studied.This paper describes the research progress of the preparation method of flake silver powder,including the principles of 3 methods,namely mechanical ball milling,light inducement,and template method.The advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed.The research direction of mechanical ball milling and template method were prospected,in the hope that it can provide references for the preparation of flake silver powder.
