Abstract: The commonly used protection measures for cart sliding is to install constantly closed cart barriers (nets) in sections in tunnels,which has some safety problems such as high-speed sliding when the cart starts to slide far away from the cart barriers (nets),too many control links,and uncertain factors caused by frequent lifting of the cart barriers (nets).An automatic-braking sliding-prevention safety cart for ascending carts in inclined shafts is deve-loped.By using a centrifugal tripping wheel,a braking system,and a braking device arranged on the frame,it can realize the safe parking of sliding carts immediately.The product price is estimated to be 40 000-100 000 yuan.The use is flexible and convenient,and the investment and operating expenses are small.
