四川某硫氧混合铜矿选冶联合工艺试验研究

Joint metallurgical process of a sulfide-oxide mixed copper ore from Sichuan

    四川某硫氧混合铜矿铜品位为1.95 %,其中硫化铜和氧化铜分别占铜矿物总量的71.54 %和28.46 %。针对矿石中硫化铜矿物可浮性较好,而氧化铜矿物可浮性较差的问题,开展了浮选—浸出选冶联合工艺研究。通过浮选条件试验,确定磨矿细度-0.074 mm占比75 %、pH调整剂Na2CO3 用量为1 000 g/t、活化剂HD2 用量为1 360 g/t、捕收剂丁基黄药用量为750 g/t和起泡剂2号油用量为50 g/t的最佳工艺参数。在最佳条件下,浮选闭路试验获得铜品位25.25 %、铜回收率65.08 %的浮选精矿。通过浮选尾矿硫酸浸出试验,在液固比11∶5、硫酸用量150 kg/t、浸出时间60 min的条件下,浮选尾矿铜浸出率达到78.22 %,铜综合回收率达到92.39 %。研究成果为硫氧混合铜矿资源高效开发提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract:

    The copper grade of a sulfide-oxide mixed copper ore from Sichuan is 1.95 %, with sulfide copper and oxide copper accounting for 71.54 % and 28.46 % of the total copper minerals, respectively. To address the problem that sulfide copper minerals have good flotation properties while oxide copper minerals have poor flotation properties, a joint flotation-leaching metallurgical process was studied. Through flotation condition experiments, the optimal process parameters were determined: a grinding fineness of 75 % passing -0.074 mm, 1 000 g/t of Na2CO3 as pH adjuster, 1 360 g/t of HD2 as activator, 750 g/t of butyl xanthate as collector, and 50 g/t of No. 2 oil as frother. Under the optimal conditions, the flotation closed‐circuit test yields a flotation concentrate with a copper grade of 25.25 % and a copper recovery rate of 65.08 %. Through sulfuric acid leaching tests on the flotation tailings, under the conditions of a liquidto‐ solid ratio of 11∶5, sulfuric acid dosage of 150 kg/t, and leaching time of 60 min, the copper leaching rate from the flotation tailings reaches 78.22 %, and the overall copper recovery rate reaches 92.39 %. The research results provide technical support for the efficient development of sulfide-oxide mixed copper ore resources.
